I just renewed my plan and the app keeps asking to check my network connection and restore my purchase. I've done everything already and I still have the same problem. So frustrating. How can I fix this? Thanks
Have you tried logging into your Adobe Account through your iPad? It may just need to reestablish the connection between your device and your account. Try restarting your iPad and then going to your Adobe Account.
