Can’t restore purchase

I've seen this posted but I can't find an answer so here I am...

 

I restored my purchase through my Apple ID account on iPad (different email than Adobe account). I try to hit the restore purchase button in the app and it says "upgrade has already been purchased. Please try restoring purchase." This makes no sense. There's also a notice on the app that says "please check your network connection and try again. When I hit try again I just get an endlessly spinning wheel. Help! Thanks in advance.
