I Cannot access cloud documents from iPad and I am unsure why. I have used fonts that I have used fonts that I have not got on my iPad so could they be the issue?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Adobe ID on both devices. Try signing out, then sign back in again. Since your question is about Photoshop for iPad, I have moved this from the Photoshop forum where you posted to PS for Mobile.
