connection problem after extending my subscription

I no longer have access to Photoshop (ipad pro) while my subscription has been extended. a circle turns when I try to reconnect but it charges in a vacuum

Can you help me understand your issue better by answering a few questions? Was your subscription was extended or renewed? Had it expired already?  What are you doing when the circle started turning? Are you just trying to bring up the app or doing something else?

Can you get into Accounts to sign out and then sign back in?
