Does Photoshop for iPad support iPadOS 13's multiple applicaiton windows feature? Meaning, does Photoshop for iPad allow for multiple documents to be opened in separate windows?

It doesn't appear to. It does support split view, which is a step up from Lightroom, but it doesn't yet have a way to open multiple files at the same time.
