Erasing a mark

Hi everyone,,,

 

im brand new with photoshop. I have a oicture in my camera roll on my iPad of animals. 
im trying, if I'm able, to get rid of a mark under one of my animals eyes, he's light colored.   

i apprecuarec any suggestions

Note that the tutorial posted above is for the Photoshop desktop, but there is a healing brush tool in Photoshop for Mobile also. It works in much the same way, just with fewer options. It's in the tool bar just below the paint bucket:
