How to remove object on ipad?

Hi, everyone tells me to remove a big item of my picture I have to go to "inhaltsbasierte Füllung" (this is german but I don't know how it's called in english, google says content based filling) which I can find on "bearbeiten" (edit) on the top. But that's not on my ipad.. so how can I open that on my ipad?
