Idea for iPad mobile grid lines option

I'm not sure if I am just not seeing the option but grid lines would be really awesome to include as an option for iPad photoshop.

That is not a feature that is currently available, but thank you for sharing your thoughts. You can actually log feature requests for Photoshop on the iPad so our team knows which features are most important to you.
