Hi, my Enterprise plan includes all the apps, however, iPad's Photoshop simply refuses to work (screenshot attached). I've installed Acrobat, Adobe Scan and Adobe Fill & Sign with a paid subscription, and it all worked fine. Any solution?

The alert in your screenshot tells you to do two things, and you didn't say if you did them or what the results were:

  • Sign in with your Adobe ID.
Try signing out > then quit > relauch > sign in with the same Enterprise ID you use for Photoshop
  • Contact your IT Department.
They can contact Adobe if needed and should be able to resolve it.
