Is tolerance unmodifiable in tools like Paint Bucket and object selector?

I'm using Photoshop for Ipad.

It's really anoying that the paint bucket tool doesn't allow to change tolerance.

Is there any way to change it?

No. Photoshop for iPad had not yet been fitted with the Tool Options that comes with the Desktop version. The good news is that in the Desktop version you can open iPad Cloud Documents (psdc) and use the fully featured Photoshop tools to do the necessary work on your image.
