I'm trying to sign into the ipad photoshop app. My university has a creative cloud licence which I can use. My uni log in details have worked when logging into other adobe apps but when I log into photoshop, it accepts all my log in details then comes up with an error box telling me there is an unknown error and I need to try again later. Any help much appreciated!
Is it a subscription based license? I'm not sure how the educational licenses are for CC now. It was CS5 back when I had one. Have you had any other issues with other Adobe mobile apps like Fresco?
