One way to do that is to add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, and in the properties for the adjustment, choose the "Colorize" option. Then use the hue, saturation and lightness sliders to adjust your color.

 

Note that this won't work if your logo is in black and white. If it's black and white, your best bet would be to turn it into a mask to use on a solid color layer.
