Can I use Microsoft Fonts with Photoshop iOS, the way I can with Photoshop for Desktop?

If the fonts you want to use are not Adobe fonts you would have to add them to your device on your own. There are apps that allow you to add font files to your device that would then be available for Photoshop. If you set the font on desktop and open on the iPad the high res pixel preview will be utilized even though the font is not available. The file will round trip back to the desktop without any data loss. You would run into font substitution if you try to edit the type without the font installed though.

You can add fonts to your iPad using the Creative Cloud app:

Make sure you have the latest OS version on your iPad, then download the Creative Cloud for iOS app from the App Store.

Open the Creative Cloud app and sign in to your Adobe account. Tap Fonts at the bottom of the screen

Under Browse Adobe Fonts, tap Active Fonts Not On This Device. Tap Install Fonts to download the fonts on your iPad and the fonts will be available for use in Photoshop on the iPad and other apps.

Patti,

I am referring not to Inactive Adobe Fonts but the fonts available from Microsoft Office Subscriptions - Which can be used in the Desktop Version of Photoshop, and many of those fonts are not available in any form through Adobe.
