My PS on Ipad doesn’t log even after the payment

I was using the free trial of PS and my card was refused, then I changed the credit card to pay the second month, it was accepted. Now I can't use the app because it doesn't log in my account only in PS on the Ipad, but Fresco and LightRoom are working normally.

I've tried to unstall and reinstall the app but It doesn't work either. I, also, tried to logout and login again, but it didn't work too.

What can I do?
