Photoshop for iPad - time frame for GIF

Can I create an animated GIF display ad for a website with Photoshop for iPad? I needed to access "timeframe". How do I do that?

I don't think that feature is available...yet.  Adobe is hard at work adding features to Photoshop for the iPad and if its not available at the moment, there's a very good chance that it's going to be available soon as they're making sure there's parity between the iPad and desktop versions of the app
