Pretty basic but how do you save or rename a new file. I have exported a file called untitled but no save or rename function.

To rename, tap the Home button then tap Cloud documents. See your untitled file in the list. Tap the "more options" ellipsis at the right side of the line. Pop-up options are Rename, Duplicate, and Delete.

 

There is no Save command. Saving to Cloud documents is automatic and frequent. To retrieve your Cloud documents on your desktop Mac you may open from the Document cloud with Photoshop 2020 and Save as... in the location of your choice or log in at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents .
