Photoshop resizing and colour profile on iPad version

Hoping someone can help me. My laptop has just died and with it my photoshop. Trying the mobile version on my iPad now but need to be able to resize photos for printing, as well as changing the dpi and assigning the correct colour profile. Can these things be done on an iPad and if so, how?

I wanted to do the same thing a couple of days ago and was disapointed to find that something so basic was not possible. It works fine in Affinity Photo.
