Picker Unavailable in PS for iPad

I am trying to import a photo into PS and keep getting this message...Picker Unavailable. There was an error preparing the picker. Please try again later.  I then have to close down the program, can't cancel or go back into PS. So at this point I can't start any new projects. Any ideas on what is happening?

Can you provide a screen shot of your iPad when this happens?

Can you verify in iOS settings, that Photoshop has access to your photos?
