Hello, I have a valid subscription for photoshop on my iPad. I faced this problem today and I tried many solutions but I didn't figure out how to solve it. Please help.
Have you restarted the iPad?
Until we know what solutions you have tried there is no reason to suggest anything, you might of already tried it.

I already restarted it and it's still the same
Does your iPad have a cellular connection? Have you made sure its connected to WiFi?
