Hello,

I install PS and Illstrator on iPad Pro. PS can't import photos taken by iPad Pro. Illustrator is fine.
Do you have any idea?

What version of Photoshop do you have open?

  • Mac: Photoshop menu > About
  • Win: Help > About

You may have an older version open even if you have a new version installed.

"PS can't import photos taken by iPad Pro"

When you say "PS", do you mean "Photoshop for desktop"?

  • Is yes, give us the version.
  • If no, please clarify.
