Ps for Ipad cant import a jpg

Cant seem to import a jpg from camera roll

open new doc

try import

get error msg

I have the same problem. Red notice flag comes up from cloud icon and says it does not support this file.

Apple changed access to Photos in iOS 14 to get Photos importing again please do the following:

Go to the Settings application

scroll on the left side to Photoshop

with Photoshop selected, Choose Photos from the Allow Photoshop to access section

Set Allow Photos Access to All Photos

This solution didn't work for me. I do not have this option in my ipad. Only photo library access options I have are None or Add Photos Only. Add photos only is ticked. 

Can you please let me know what another solution is please? This was working last night, but stopped today. No updates done overnight.
