See full file name

Any file name that is longer than about 13 characters long is displayed truncated and followed by dots ....
What if something is named ending in 01, or 02 and so on. You can’t tell which file is the one I need. There should be away to hover or something else to quickly see the full file name with extension. Renaming does show it, but I should not have to go to rename to see the full file name as one can inadvertently rename it and it’s a multi step process. This also applies to all adobe ipad apps
