There's an fatal error when I type Korean on a ipad version

I used iPad photoshop version.
As I launch the program and when I type Korean letter, for example, "안녕하세요",
They show me "아ㄴ녀ㅇ하세요".
How can I solve this problem?
This iPad version didn't support any final consonant.
I've already checked if another iPad can solve this problem, but every device has a same problem.
Please respond to this.
