Adobe Photoshop Mix Network Error

Hello, When trying to "open In" Photoshop CC from the Photoshop Mix program on my iPad. I continually receive a network error after the program reaches the rendering phase. I have tried logging out and back in to both mix and creative cloud with no effect. How can I fix? Thanks!

Hi Yana,

Apologies for responding late.

Please try connecting to a different network and check if you are able to send the work to the desktop app.

Additionally, you can save the work to CC libraries and open it via them in your desktop app.
