Can't upload photos

I don't even get a on my phone option. I click the upload button and nothing happens: i get an 'x'

I'm using a chromebook - was trying to see if i could get a smaller adobe app to work on this for homework things but idk if chromebook can support anything.

but if it can, that would be great. i have other mobile-esque apps on my computer since its kind of just a big phone 😕

I have the same problem. Any replies? Does Mix work on Chromebooks?
