How to flip or mirror an image in photoshop mix?

ive searched for a way of doing it but no success.... Is it possible in the app?

Hi Armin   

I need a mirroring / tiling / tesselation option in PhotoShop.  Or a definable action with current PS.      Big files eg 500 Mb for multiple "kaleidoscopes".
