iOS vs Android version Photoshop Mix have different features

I recently bought a new galaxy s9+ and got photoshop mix. But it doesn't have simple features that are in the iOS version. Like layer text. Lasso. And content aware fill. I just wanna know why.

Or rather lack thereof in regards to the android features. Echoing OPS POV I too came from ios and Adobe is pretty much useless here.
