when I try to upload the image in the cloud for the movement correction it says to me that there is a network failure but my network hasn’t got problem

Apologies for responding late.
Please try connecting to a different network and check if you are able to send the work to the desktop app.
Additionally, you can save the work to CC libraries and open it via them in your desktop app.
