Not able to load my photo for editing into Photoshop Mix

Super frustrating, message saying I cannot load my image. Deleted and reinstalled twice and still this problem!

Please sort this out or deleting the app permanently.

That does not sound good, could you please let us know the device you're using and what operating system is it iOS or Android?

Also, what exact are you getting?
