I paid 20€ for this app when it was still available. This is quite a lot of money. Now under the new iOS it doesn‘t work anymore. Please change that or refund me at least part of the costs. I don‘t subscribe to the cloud because the costs are way out of proportion to the service provided. I find it outrageous that I can‘t use a programme that I paid for.
By the way there are apps that offer the possibility to pay for it once and then use it without subscription like Serif‘s Affinity photos.
Thanks, Michael!
You are absolutely right. Photoshop Touch has been retired long back and we have introduced PS Fix and Mix which are the latest apps.

Hi piccolodiavolo,
Can you clarify what app you are talking about? Adobe Photoshop Mix (the topic for this user forum), as well as all the Adobe mobile apps, have always been free to download. If you paid for something, it wasn’t one of the Adobe mobile apps.

It is an official Adobe app called Photoshop touch and it was available at the app store for 19.99 €. It was issued before there was a subscription system and you could still buy your software. I would also be OK with a purchasable software for my desktop computer that has got enough features. The problem is that it doesn‘t exist. That‘s why I bought the iPad version some years ago.

I do a lot of toyphotography and macrophotography and really need a good software but I‘m no professional so the subscription system doesn‘t make any sense for me as it is not tax deductible.

Ahhh, Photoshop Touch... that was so long ago I’d forgotten it. It was retired officially about 2.5 years back:
The announcement does mention potential for refund, but since this was so long ago, the window for that may be closed. You'll need to have a discussion with Adobe directly. Perhaps Sheena Kaul can be of assistance.
Have you you looked into Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Fix? They’re free to download and I believe you only need an Adobe ID to use them. Of course, without the CC subscription, all the app integration and cloud integration features are disabled, but I think you can still edit photos on your mobile device.
