Photoshop Mix color change

I downloaded Photoshop Mix today because I wanted to take a picture of my house and change the door color to see what it would look like. But I’m having trouble changing the color. When I click on fill I do not have the option to add color. Am I missing something or do I need to purchase a different app to do this? Thanks!
