I am trying to figure out if there is a possibility to crop individual images when more than one images are used in one same project.  I manage to crop the first image but when I add other layers with images, the crop tool applies to the whole composition.  Can someone please help !

Thank you !!

I think I understand you now.

The crop tool is actually cropping the entire composition and you can use the cut out tool to cut the part of the image on separate layers and then place it as per the requirement before merging the layers.

Hi Isabelle,

I tried to perform the same steps on my device and I was able to crop both the images separately on each layer and later merged them.

Please make sure that you have selected the layer on which the image is currently.

Can you try again and let me know?

Regards,

Sheena

Hi Sheena,

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, yes I tried this and I am able

to redimension each image separately but am not able to crop them, to

select a part of the image, with the crop tool (in the upper left corner of

the application). I found that the way to crop each image is to use the

square shape tool in the scissor tool to cut each image. If you manage to

really crop as you said, please explain to me !

Thank you !

Isabelle
