Photoshop mix - data needed for this feature is being downloaded

photoshop mix auto select tool is triggering message that claims there are more items being downloaded

I cannot access this feature.

when I click on auto on adobe photoshop mix, I get the message ‘data needed for this feature being downloaded. Pls try again soon’ why is this.the app is on an iPhone. Thx

I am also having this issue. The auto cut-out function  fails to work giving a static message: "data needed for this feature being downloaded. Pls try again soon"

No other information is clickable or linked to obtain more options/data.
