Photoshop Mix does not open right away and freezes

Everytume I try to enter Photoshop Mix it will not open right away and it takes more than 5 tries and freezes. I am so frustrated I am about to delete the three programs I have and just use PicsArt. I have sent many messages and not one reply back with an answer or help. Please fix the issue or I will write all over and give you terrible ratings and make sure my friends get rid of it as well. We do banners and pictures of a famous actor. So it is a lot of pepole that use your programs. I would like some one to get back to me as soon as possible.
