photoshop mix help!

i keep getting the an error that this image cannot be opened no matter what i do i keep getting the same error ive uninstalled the app ive reset everything i even made a diffrerent account its not just with one picture it with every new one i have downloaded please help me!!

Are you facing this error with any 1 specific image or with multiple images?

What is the file format of those images? And where are they stored on your device?

I have the same problem, for me they are multiple photos and saved photos stored in gallery.
