Photoshop Mix keeps crashing on IPadOS 13.2

So the past few days I've tried using Photoshop Mix and every time it crashes. I have listed below how it happenes and things I've tried to solve the problem. Unfortunately nothing I try fixes the issue. Please help!

how it happens:

open the app, select a previous project = crash

open the app, +, image, select folder, choose image = crash

things ive tried to solve the issue:

deleted and reinstalled the app

force reset my iPad 

airplane mode

reset factory settings 

setup a new Apple ID and set up as a new iPad

SOLVED!!!!!

so I've managed to fix this issue, the problem is iPadOS 13.2 is beta firmware and adobe isn't working on that yet.  To fix the problem you need to factory reset your device.

plug your iPad into your computer 

put your iPad into DFU mode

and follow the instructions on screen. 

this will put your iPad back to iPadOS 13.1.2 (stable release) and all adobe products work again!
