Photoshop Mix will not open iOS air pad2

Since the last update Photoshop Mix App iOS will not open on my ipad Air 2.

It looks like it's about to open but returns to the menu screen.  I have reset my device and deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.

It's working fine on my device. Have you tried the latest version?

For the last couple days, I've had the same problem. A survey request from Adobe pops up and freezes the app. I would like to complete the survey, but it is frozen.

Will Adobe staff please help us? I need to publish my artwork soon and this app is essential for my final touches. Thanks in advance.
