PNG files not loading with a transparent background as before

I use Photoshop Mix to upload my logo on to photos.

My logo is a PNG file with a transparent background. If I upload it the app it has a white background.

Has this facility been removed from the app? I have tried to cut my logo out but this is not accurate enough as some of the writing is very pale in colour and it doesn't pick it up.

Please could someone help me with a solution?

Thanks

Hi Laurad and Claudioc,

Sorry that Photoshop Mix is not opening images with transparent background correctly.

Could you please take a look at this similar article Photoshop Mix - png transparency  and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash
