Вопрос по отмене от подписки

Оплата прошла, но нигде не видно, что она прошла : ни в моих планах, ни в истории. Хочу совсем отменить подписку, нет кнопки- отменить. Что так сложно то? Чтобы запутать что ли? или не фига не работает. Деньги куда то ушли, ни приложение не работает, ни отменить невозможно, не говоря уже о возврате денег
