Обновила Photoshop до версии 22.2 и пожалела об этом

Всем привет обнавила я Photoshop до версии 22.2 и всё (((( в течение 2х дней photoshop постоянно зависает настолько, что приходится завершать работу программы через диспетчер задач и перезагружать компьютер. Вообщем сидишь делаешь макет и Photoshop перестаёт отвечать даже через 30 мин. не отвисает приходится перезагружать компьютер при этом макет ты потерял((((

What have you done so far for troubleshooting? Did you tried to reset preferences, reinstall program? You can always install previous version as quick solution https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on along with your computers configuration? Does the application freeze while launching on the launch (splash) screen? If yes, it would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the screen where Photoshop is frozen.

Please ensure you have all available operating system updates installed on the computer. Also, you can try re-installing the application after removing it using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool.
