Перенос изображения (Image Transfer issue Photoshop)

Спустя год решила вернуться к фотошопу. обновила версию, но изображения непереносятся на холст. в чем может быть проблема?

Hi there,

Not sure If I understand the issue correctly. Photoshop does not store images, hence they cannot be transferred to a different Photoshop version. Are you using Photoshop Elements?

If the images are not opening on the canvas, could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
