После форматирования компа и обновления Windows, в личном кабинете пропала платная подписка на фотошоп, и теперь не понимаю как всё восстановить обратно? Благодарю за помощь.

Install Creative Cloud desktop app and PS application, login with the Adobe ID on which you had purchased the PS subscription, and your PS should work fine. If it still does not work, then try the steps mentioned in the following link

If all the above fails, then you need to contact support. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled and all script blockers are disabled.
