2 Problems - File FREEZES when I zoom in + Can't save file due to ERROR - Please Help

Hi,

I use Catalina and just downloaded the most recent Adobe Photoshop for design work.

I've been using this program for 15 years and have never experienced these incredibly frustrating problems.

When I try to zoom in 100% to a file that is 27x40 inches at 360 dpi, the image freezes. I then have to go back to Fit To Screen to unfreeze it. WTF.

The other problem is whenever I try to save, a window pops up saying it can't be saved due to an ERROR. Again, WTF.

I rely and have always relied on Photoshop for work. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
