2020 photoshop freezing up when opened

I have been using 2020 PS for the last few days, I had shut my computer down with PS still open with files in the tab and I now when I open PS it shows a (recovery file) in the tab... but the whole screen is frozen PS locked up, I tryed to uninstall and delete all the files, and reinstalled with updates still trys to recover the file and freezes up... I'm lost on what to do now, need some help!

Hi

Have you checked this location for the auto recovery file, deleted anything you find there

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\AutoRecover
