Thanks but I do not require tutorials. I need the user guide as a reference to options on the options bar and panels.

I just asked Adobe staff about this earlier this week. The PDFs are not being made any more. This one is from November 2019 and will be the last.

If people are paying for this monthly or yearly, it's terrible that they
don't give a pdf version. So wrong.

As a Tech Writer, I find this riduculous.

Adobe makes all the tools necessary to turn online help into a PDF.
