21.2.1 drag & drop does not work

Hello, in the new version 21.2.1 moving a layer from one image to another image via drag & drop does not work for me anymore. It is only possible by using the corresponding key combinations Apple+C and Apple+V.
Does this have to be adjusted somewhere new or is it a bug?

It does not work in consolidated tab editing because  hovering  on a tab doe not switch documents with the latest updates. Other have reported that here. Hopefully they also reported it to Adobe.
