I'm having the common issue of scrubby zoom (gpu options) not working in 21.2.4 which it seems they never fixed. Was using 21.1 until recently and everything worked fine. Unfortunately updated without knowing of the GPU issues. Everyone says to revert to 21.1.3 but it seems Adobe removed all previous versions recently soooooo..... I'm screwed? The only other version available is 20.0.10 (2019 CC) which was apparenlty installed and I'm not a big fan of. I can't upgrade to 22 (still on Win7 for the time being), but because I have a 6+ish year old graphics card (1080ti) it seems it wouldn't matter.
Are there any other solutions I'm unaware of?
Maybe the better question is should I stop paying for a broken software I can't use and just dig up my CS5 disk?
