22.0.1 Truncating Images

After recent install of 22.0.1, files appear intact in the Navigator Window, but are truncated in the working file window. As well ... NONE of the tools are working.

I'm running OS Catalina, 10.15.7 on a 15 inch 2014 Macbook Pro, 2.5 GHz i7 with 16 GB Memory

I've uninstalled PS and reinstalled my OS. Nothing works.
