I cannot Save As or Save a Copy anymore, is this a BUG?

Nothing Happens, no dialogue window opens.
Can you do it with a shortcut Shift+Ctrl+S for Save or Alt+Ctrl+S for Save a Copy ?
(Change Ctrl to Cmd on Macs)
Though you changed specifications, why do they not tell me?
@敏浩釘17295428 I'm not sure what that has to do with the original posters problem. Please post your question in a new thread and explain a little more about what specifications you are expeting to be told about.
