22.4 is unusable

After the seventh crash and yes, I've rebooted, I have reverted to version 22.3.1 SO I CAN GET MY WORK DONE.

And I didn't even get to the fun of having to "save as copy" yet. Good job.

An update to the release has just been posted. The issue was traced to hving Rulers turned on. Now to test!
